We have a flat rate of $55 per hour for all inspections, including attending, call out fee and up to 30mins travel (15mins each way) from our office in Pimpama, Gold Coast. Anywhere out of the catchment will be charged at hourly rate every 15mins over.
Approximate timeframes for inspections:
Routine inspections - 15-30min (1-2 bedroom units). 1 hour ( 3 bedroom single dwellings).
Entry Reports - 30mins to 1 hour (1-2 bedroom units). 2 hours ( 3 bedroom single dwellings).
Exit Reports - 1 hour (1-2 bedroom units). 2 - 3 hours ( 3 bedroom single dwellings).
